Once we have received your payment through Pay Pal™, you will be given access to download the appropriately sized photograph(s). The payment does not transfer any ownership or copyright to the photograph(s), but it does allow the end user to have a royalty-free license to use the photograph(s) in any of their marketing materials.

The royalty-free license is only sold or issued to one client at a time and cannot be shared, sold or transferred to another and/or third party organization. The only image that can be used without a license is the comping file and it can only be used in the presentation of creative ideas and cannot be used on a website or any other published marketing material.

If you are a intermediary, for example a design studio or an advertising agency buying the license on behalf of your client, you nor your organization have any rights to sell or give away the photograph or the usage of the photograph. No ownership or copyright of any Image shall pass to you by the issue of the royalty-free Licence. We at Brownstock have worked very hard with our independent photographers to create innovative imagery and a valuable online resource, so we trust that all users of this service will respect and honor Brownstock’s terms and conditions, so that we can continue to grow and offer these services to you.
